Hi, never posted much on this site before, so forgive me if this is in the wrong place.
Im thinking doing Waterbury’s Perfect 10 for back and forearms. Im specifically going to concentrate on back width.
Would his TBT be an ok program to go along with this?

I think so just keep volume low on other muscle groups.
from what i read. your allowed to keep the volume of your other muscles the same on perfect 10. did i misunderstand?
