Cutting Opinions

I need to drop another 2-3% of fat. I am at 14ish and would like to be in the 10-11 range at least.

Here’s my delimma. I took up running in October last year, and between then and February, I had dropped 14 pounds. My strength, however, went up, so I doubt none of this was LBM. I stopped doing cardio in February, because I don’t want to lose more weight. Here’s my delimma, I can easily drop down if I were to take up running again, but I am an exremely hard gainer, and losing LBM scares the crap out of me. If you were in my position, would you drop the fat and be super cut at 165, or stay at my weight, 175, and let the fat work off slowly. It is coming off, just very slowly. And before anyone says anythnig, 175 may seem light to you, but in my early 20’s I couldn’t break 140. Opinions appreciated.
Peace

Sprint, but nutritionally treat your sprinting sessions as a “workout”.

Ever seen a sprinter’s legs? Your LBM isn’t going anywhere.

Hang around me next time @ Gold’s, I guarantee you’ll feel leaner by comparison! haha

I am using CT ''Running Man works great. Check it out. Hope this help.

How do you equate getting stronger while running to losing LBM?

I don’t know if I understand your question. Are you choosing between getting down to 165 to be cut now and staying at 175, but slowly increasing muscle mass while dropping fat?
