Cutting Help

I’m looking for some insight/experience with my cutting cycle. I am naturally very skinny–6’-1" 140lbs, 9% BF about 1.5 yrs ago. I got up to about 175 at around 14% BF. Currently I am 165 at 10.7% BF.

I’ve been dieting (2100 cal) for about 4 weeks now. I do 45 min of cardio first thing in the morning everyday except on my leg workout days. I am taking HOT-ROX extreme and I take one before my morning cardio but nothing else.
I’ve read a pile of articles on here about AM fasted cardio and it is probably about the most unagreed on subject there is. So I’m looking for some advice from experience. I definately believe that this type of cardio does a great job of burning the fat but too much muscle with it. I am considering trying some BCAA’s before cardio and see if that helps fight off the catabolism. Anyone have any experience with this?
I’m hoping to get down around 7-8% before going back onto regular training which will follow CT’s no bulking idea.
Also, I consume a shake immediately after my cardio consisting of about 60g of mostly simple carbs-banana, berries, little bit of milk and yogurt, and about 40g of protein. I was under the impression that this was necessary to replenish glycogen levels. Am i way off on this? If so, what is a good post cardio meal?

I would appreciate any help/feedback you can give. Even if you just want to call me a fucking moron, just please try to include something beneficial in with it.

thanks
