I have been slowly cutting bodyfat for a show in late April. I began about four months ago. At the time I started cutting, I was 5’9 245 lbs at 13% (7 point caliper test). I am currently 5’9 220 at close to 10%. My abs are just beginning to show and I haven’t lost much muscle mass. Strength is also holding steady. I have been cutting carbs every few weeks while toying with my diet. I eat 7 meals a day (4 whole food, 3 protein shake) and get about 50 g of protein at each meal. My carbs are currently at about 100g per day M-Sat with a clean refeed on Sunday at 400g. Here are my questions. As my body fat continues to drop, can I add more carbs without fear of gaining fat back? Also, do you think 400g refeed is too much? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It depends on what your weight goal is… if this is working for you, I would say stick with it for now. I dont think the 400g is too much for YOU since it seems to be working fine.
