Cut cycle.

500mg Test C split by two. Pinning on Sunday and Wednesday.

Anavar 50mg ED. 25mg AM and 25mg PM.

Fish Oil/Cycle Support(Milk Thistle…etc)

Arimidex in case E gets high.

Nolvadex for PCT.

Week 4 of 12. Weight is staying the same but leaning out significantly.

2600 calories per day. 25 minutes of cardio 6 days a week. Gym 6 days a week. Trying to intake as much protein but stay around 300g of P.

Anything I’m missing on this cut?

Are you getting stronger?

For sure. Quite a bit actually.

Thought about that as well. I would only reduce the carbs and keep the protein high.

Very true. Might dial it back to around 2400 calories and continue to adjust as I go. Technically I’m at 250g of protein a day. Just trying maintain size on the cut.

Not so fast.

How old are you?
How tall are you?
How much do you weigh?
Guess your percent body fat.
How strong are you? Bench Press, Squat

It doesn’t get much better than that.

You need to start tracking percent body fat weekly. If your body fat is dropping DO NOT cut calories!

Haven’t maxed but bench for sets is 315. Don’t do squats as much, so I’ll do incline leg press which is at 640. Dead’s are right around 400.

20% is too high, if you are guessing close.

Can you get skin fold tests? They are not particularly precise, but they show progress very dependably. That is all that is important. The mirror will tell you when you get there.

How many reps are getting 315lbs?

4 sets of 3

And this is going up steadily through week 4?
Are you increasing weight or reps?

Increasing sets and weight. 10lbs-20lbs increase each week depending on exercise.

Do my primary exercise first cause when increase a set I’ll deplete a lot of that body part muscle so next exercise will still be an increase but not as much as the first exercise.

Keep up the good work.

As you are putting on more muscle, you will be burning more calories.

I wouldn’t be concerned about dropping calories to lose body fat for now.

Check back in next week and give us an update on body weight and strength. Plus how you look in the mirror. If you can get percent body fat numbers that would help. I should say I find the impedance test extremely unreliable, but if you must, take all your readings as soon as you wake up in the morning.
