To be fair, I don’t think she had respect for her technique in mind when she made that video…

I think in general people who take video of themselves lifting when they’re only wearing booty shorts and a sports bra are fairly comfortable in their own skin.
Now that I’ve watched it I’m chuckling at the jerks from the rack, where you can’t even see the bar, just her feet and her ass . . . haha
