Another progress pic as of today and I am loving the results. Thanks to you guys at T Nation who have got me started on the journey. I think hiring a coach is the best decision I have ever made. He has recently introduced me to skipping or jump rope. I highly reccomend it… It is an amazing workout, low impact far better than most forms of cardio
