LOL, I suppose the “Dirty” seudonym has to do with his food sources [obviously joking].
I think the legs are too much. I appreciate them. I give him respect for building them so big, I can’t imagine how much work it too him. I would never ever want them on myself. I like leg development on the classic guys. The new stuff seems almost debilitating to some level.
thats just because they are disproportionate in that pic. Other pics it is not so bad.

hahaha LMAO!
Well it’s a double edged sword because I don’t gain sh*t…at my rate I’ll have to be consuming like 25000000000 calories before I can be heavy enough to be a pro. lol
also I do put on a lil fat, in my legs and love handles, etc. lol But I don’t get ‘fat’ lol
Back to trey…lol
DG
Hey DG did you know you can do olive oil “shooters”? Supposedly it helps you get HUGE!!!
heh

Haha, yeah well I think everbody has an eating margin, and if it’s exceeded excess fat will be gained and there’ll be no significant increase on muscle gain against a relative deficit. But it seems your surplus margin is soooo high, you have an advantage there, I’m sure most guys wouldn’t get away like you with those macros.
Well back to Trey, that tricep on the first pic looks freakin’ huge. If he corrects his back and optimizes his bulking, he’ll be a great threat in the Pro ranks.
I think we forget that with so much muscle (and even when trey is ‘soft’, he’s packing a ton of muscle), your body is just humming away metabolically. Hell, I’m a lot older than DG, but when I’m typically around 205-210 lbs, I can eat everything pretty much nonestop and not get fat (it’s a joke amongst my friends that my “superpower” is the abiility to ingest enormous quantities of food -lol)
Still, you have to appreciate when someone with so much LBM puts on even more quality muscle (double edge sword as DG put it as well)

Agreed.
I eat a lot currently. I do not eat clean all of the time. It would be near impossible for me to maintain this size if I tried to only eat clean sources unless I quit my job so I could cook and eat more.
Someone the size of Brewer has a metabolism that turns his body into a human garbage disposal. I doubt that diet listed above is used by him at any other time than at some stage of dieting.
Yeah…that diet sounds like the early stages of a contest diet. A lot of the guys that I know that compete say that they actually eat MORE at the beginning of their preps than they do during their “off season” since they have to start the calories high and taper down slowly in order to avoid losing too much muscle. Starting a diet high and working your way down also keeps the metabolism running harder for longer than if you just dropped from “off season” levels to eating like you are 4 weeks out over night.
Wow his breakfast is insane. I have 6 whole eggs and 2 cups of oatmeal and it takes me like an hour to eat it all. I can’t imagine that much food in one sitting, dayum!

Fucking A, If I ate 50 calories over the sweet spot, I would manage to gain 1 lb. of fat regardless of logic. I have to constantly reinforce the fact to my body that being “normal” isn’t fine through various external methods. Agreed on Brewer’s ham of a tricep. That fucking back though, he’s gotta move that fucker to a Monday and train with Warren. Warren would whoop his ass! Show that city boy how Texas boys do it up right! Show folk hows 'posed be done!

Yeah, I agree in the aspect of having planned cheats to maximize bulk, and it depends mainly on the time someone has to eat and cook food choices. I’m totally pro shake; you have 15 mins to go to work/school, what you do? Take 2-3 scoops and problem mainly solved.
I’m also a believer than, when gaining mass, having two or three cheats, or even binges is way more helpful than detrimental.
