Roidz.

I don’t think it’s a lat-size problem as such.
He has no idea how to actually flare his lats/scapulae out properly, it seems… You can see that in every double-bi or lat-spread pic of his.

His posing in general seems to be a huge weak-point…

Still, I don’t see him winning anything against the current crop of Pro’s either…

If true, that’s just absurd. These guys must know of some great appetite stimulant.

I doubt he eats that clean all year round. I know it’s possible, but I don’t think he does.

Who’s not lazy and would like to calculate how many calories that is??
I’m guessing about 9500-13000 calories

with the first meal of the day being 4000+

No way!! Have you actually added it up???

25 egg whites + 2 yokes would be 25x7x3 for the whites

  • 100 calories for the yokes = 625 calories
    4 cups oatmeal is about 300x4 calories = 1200
  • some almonds – 100cals

that’s 2000 at breakfast

(my earlier calcs was wrong (i didn’t see he wasn’t eating the yokes - which would be worth about 2000 calories more if he were)

60 grams protein if it is isolate would be 180 calories don’t know how much waxy maize he’s using but prob about 300 calories worth
= 500 calories

hmmm i agree it is looking like a cutting diet…

the next meal 16oz chiken w/ sweet potatoes is prob also about 450-700 cals.

dont know what i was thinking when i put that it looks like 9000-12000 calories a day

more like 5800-7500

Cals/g fat/g carbs/g protein:

7,316

220.0

711.0

590.3

EDIT:Typed in wrong amount on fit day.

Thats a lot of carbs…

where is the 262g of fat coming from?

What would make you think that a 300+ lb muscular individual at an average height would avoid any one macronutrient. The ratios boil down to about 33/33/33, by the way.

He’s pretty damn young still, most likely has a fairly fast metabolism… In that context and if you consider his bodyweight and muscle-mass, that probably really IS a cutting diet for him lol

Anyhow, I doubt that this diet (if it really is one he used) would remain unaltered all the way through his contest prep.

It sure is way too “clean” to be an off-season diet for that type of bodybuilder…

Why do you think I care about macronutrients? Why do you assume I think he would avoid carbs?

60g of protein would be 240 calories…

160z chicken breast/sweet potato combo would probably be closer to a G.

You gotta figure each solid meal averages to about 1,500 cals. He’s puting down around 8,000 cals a day in this example, but I doubt he eats this cleanly year round. This also looks like a “bridge” diet between off-season and pre-contest.

Dirty Gerdy, do you really eat that much?

I do even though he has me at breakfast. 12 whole eggs is what I get down now. I actually don’t have the time to eat much else and that 12 eggs fills me up for the most part.

I think he was just responding to your comment. That’s not a lot of carbs for someone pushing 300lbs and trying to gain even more.

If a leg-less wonder boy can do it why can’t Trey (flare the lats). Yeah, I think only Ronnie could get away with poopy posing routines.
WhiteFlash wrote:

well he has me slightly…without comparing meal to meal, etc

I get get between 5-6k a day right now and am trying to find a way to cram more in…

Either way I agree with what you said about the ‘bridge’ or as I said…the early part of a contest diet. lol

People don’t realize that most don’t go balls to the wall starving themselves during the whole diet…that usually only happens the last couple weeks. lol

God DAMN! I thought I was a Billy Badass eating 4 wholes and 4 whites. lol

hell yes, 23 oh my fucking god! look at those legs, anyone know when he started working out, its fucking crazy he looks at least 30

also found this:

talks about how he used to do powerlifting and hardly ever did upper body besides bench etc, hence the lagging back etc

Dude is an absolute freak of nature, he’s become my new favorite BB, I think he’s gonna be an all timer.
