Curls Gone Wild

Hey shirtless super-buff abs-showing dude, those look awesome! I’ve often wanted to try them, but am afraid to look like an idiot in the gym if I can’t do them right. Nice work.

I saw this the other day:

Whole thing’s good, but check out 2:55.[/quote]

forum software doesn’t like the channel page - linked the vid directly:

Glad to see that your momentum hasn’t broken.

Great lifting Tony. Nice abs on the video. I looked but not in a gay way.

The Human Crane, raw.

Hard to miss them - they’re the only muscle I have that shows.

That’s some serious BS my friend. Understatement Le Year if you get my french.
I don’t care if it shows or not, your core is made of fricken iron.

And he’s having a fuggin conversation too???

Come to check on you and always something new: semi-nude training, beach boys, massive deadlifts. Watching the beach boys (the end got a little, strange) I couldn’t help but think. The guy with all the inner city playground workouts, does flags and pullup stuff. Like to see him doing that workout. Think he would totally excel at it.
Your cleans and presses, as well as all your lifts, are looking great.

2010-6-6

Floor Presses (from the bottom)
135x5
165x5
215x5
270x2,2,3,2,2

Cheated Front Lever Rows (legs vertical)
BW 3x5 sets (last lever of each set held for 5 sec)

Not bad for having helped a friend move yesterday and being sunburned beyond recognition today.

Nice work, especially burnt. I feel your pain on the sunburn, I spent the day on the water without sunblock and got torched.

Helluva workout Tony. I guess you aint so much an albino today!

Thanks for dropping in Harry and congrats on your new medals. I’ve been doing extra volume at around 75%-80% of session max on presses the day after working the main press movement and it seems to be helping. Did BTN push presses a few days ago and it felt…interesting.

Jack and Wilson - I’m starting my new career as a lobster today.

Had a good sign: My neck is all kinked up on the right side. Why is this good? It’s a sign that the right upper trap is finally engaging. It’s been asleep for years. The front lever rows, which I have also not done for years seem to be waking it up so I’m going to keep at it. I think the BTNPP may be a contributing factor as well.

I didn’t know you were blind! Even more impressed with your lifting endeavors now.

Oh wait…maybe you aren’t really blind but just have a skewed body image. Confusion reigns, so please advise.

P.S. Albino lobsters are quite rare.

I see you’ve been making like Lobster Brisque lately. (…straight to penalty box)

You may have an insight there. I generally feel like a stick figure on a diet.

I watched with anticipation, thinking the guy might be stark naked doing his workout. Ahh, I’m such a voyeur.

Tony’s doing his best to make us all look old and fat.

Seriously impressive work getting done in here.
