I came out of a relationship, I’m on keto and want to lose…I’ve so far gone from 121 kg to 113 in a week and a half. After I cut the fat, I’ll revert to a nutritious bodybuilding diet.

Scott proves the width point because remember, his pecs had deteriorated to almost nothing, yet he could still pull off the genetic freak look.

You think Arnold could do that? I don’t if he lost his pecs.

Scott actually looked great in his TNA debut when he came out with J Jarret, he was lean as hell with visible abs V shape and still massive, his inner pecs were gone completely. Later on in TNA he got bigger and obviously a bit higher BF but still was freak staus. Just shows how being shredded can only be done for so long to matain size and still moving around in the ring hence he was dealing with so many injuries at that time and past his prime.

The only dude ever to say “My quads can get overwhelming" or something to that effect, and be telling the truth!

For what? Not saying he should just be hazardous but he ain’t got a show coming up, so that would be just shooting ones self in the foot. He needs to get in gear in “lifting”. More intensity, more volume, more everything.

And OP, stay away from TRT and all that stuff, so overrated……

Don’t kid yourself, you and I both know he ain’t doing it for “health”. He’s 30, I’m almost old enough to be is pops.

You should be ashamed, a young man in his prime dabbling with that can cause all kinds of real health issues and your saying it’s ok all to try and look bigger and muscular.

I did, and yes it’s totally overrated to jump on that in desperation thinking it’s gonna blast gains. There are so many using that aren’t even doing anything or even looking impressive. I look better than some of them and I’m a old fart.

Me and my old lifting buddy actually talked about this, he was thinking about getting on and because it’s common at our age.

I said, do you feel good and enthusiastic about training everyday, he says “yeah”, “hell yeah”. So then I said, well you know once you start it’s gonna be forever he says, yeah I know and I don’t know about that. I said, yeah, f-that, maybe when we are 70.

Can you explain to me which part of my post made you think I was suggesting this?

Indeed, but I was very specifically targeting the TRT term. I understand that, particularly in the States, it’s become a bit wild west/legalised PEDs, but felt like just a blanket statement that TRT was overrated needed addressing.

Hence me being quite specific.
