Curious to know and understand WIDTH

I have a trash waist and pelvis width bruh. I couldn’t compete, I’d look bad.

See I’m on the fence - isn’t more so proportions of the muscles?

And tolerating very high doses of steroids, lol.
No disagreement, just an added caveat.

I would rephrase that to “phenomenal response to AAS and HGH/insulin”

Ah, so you are the same as the small clavicle folks. Got it.

Before you get shitty, you’re the one who came here talking about bodybuilding genetics and wide clavicles.

I never trashed anyone, I simply stated I have better skeletal structure than you. That’s all.

I may have a wider waist, but I still have small ankles/wrists and huge scaps and long clavicles. I’ve won the lottery virtually. I put a pic way up, you can see. Problem there was, I looked too flat as I had did keto and lost mass.

:upside_down_face:

More like you have the winning lottery ticket in your hand and you’re choosing not to turn it in, honestly.

Put up or shut up.

Haha, so rude! I don’t want to take gear in big doses, I’m too KFC chicken for it. BUT I wonder if taking TRT in microdoses would be okay? If I locked that in with a proper diet I’d be shining.

umm thats not how that works, lol. Definitely post a pointed thread about that before undertaking anything related to steroids.

Doing what you said would effectively shut your balls down, but for little to no serum testosterone increase. So you’d end up having less testosterone, not more.
Either way, thats not the subject at hand.

@BrickHead competed taking just TRT, and he did quite well. If your genetics are as blessed as you say they are, you could do this, but with better results.

I’ll give respect to you recognizing that diet, training, and recovery are all more important than steroid / TRT dose. Most use gear to mask their insufficient diet or training or recovery.

I’m 9 weeks out from my first show… I can say its been a journey. My reasons for not competing were similar to yours at one point, but I realized I needed a challenge, and its living up to its expectations.
I’d be happy to follow along, if you decided to change your mind about competing.

I do question something, though… why isn’t your diet already locked in?

Sometimes I regret having an overwhelming sense of curiosity.

That is one of the many boxes that must be in compliance to be a reasonably successful competitive bodybuilder. It is your job to know all of the boxes that require your compliance. It is a tall order even with fairly good genetics to get thick and ripped. And that is most definitely the greatest genetic need to get near the apex.

Now you need the discipline to have nearly 100% devotion to the most jealous bitch you have ever formed a relationship with. Her name is Competitive Bodybuilding. It is your job to know what “she” needs at every turn. “She” does not tolerate disobedience without consequences. And “she” has no problem embarrassing you in front of a full crowd of people.

Thanks! I got derailed and was in a toxic relationship.

loooooooool what did you find

hahahahaha love it.

So why isn’t your diet dialed in right now?

As in too many instances, when all is said and done, far more is said than done.
