Curious to know and understand WIDTH

Appreciate it.

You wouldn’t believe how many times I have heard something like that the entire three decades I competed and it was always unsolicited. They just volunteered their boast. But when all was said and done, much was said and absolutely nothing was done.

Can I add you to my all talk and no evidence group?

Here is a fact: If you can’t look great without AAS, you cannot look great with AAS.

He literally didn’t say he was going to take steroids or trt, you fucking nitwit.

The only value you add to the forum is as a click generator.
As in, people only click threads you comment on to tell you you’re wrong.

wow guys lol

You aren’t our first nonsense poster, is the message to take away.

Cretin is a certified moron.

I mean, I’m cutting right now. But we both know I got the genes!

That right there is some lucky genetics, jesus.

I understand the 30-inch thighs now.

To be fair, I’m chubby in that pic. But I have lost 7 kilos so far. I just need 102 or 97…around there and I’ll be okay. I end up looking ‘flat’ if I go so low.

The only genetics that matter are the ability to get thick and ripped.

Just to spend some constructive time as you get “ripped” compete in Powerlifting and let’s see if you have any strength.

To be completely honest with you, I have no idea if you have remotely good enough genetics to look like you even wouldn’t look lost on the stage.

Nah dude, I got the genes. It’s evident – The extra lard ain’t helpin, but I got the small wrists/ankles. gargantuan shoulders. decent-ish waist. All i need is you to spray tan me and slap my butt and I’m good.

That shoulder width is just that much more muscle you need to look thick. What you consider a genetic jackpot might be one of the biggest hurdles that you have ahead of you, providing you ever look like a bodybuilder at all.

Post a pic of what you look like today and don’t forget to show off those measured 30” thighs.

I’m going to lean out first, and show you how flat I end up looking. Once I’ve cut the fat in the alotted time, I’m going to then lean-bulk. The lean-bulk will show you everything you need to know. Bearing in mind, us wide-guys can’t build thickness as well as the narrower guys.

Then bear in mind that you will not look as impressive as any thick guys. Wide and shallow will never finish ahead of thick regardless of the width.

Lots of morons, maybe I am, but I’m smart enough to know gear isn’t going to do me any good.

Biggest guy I ever lifted with was a national level bodybuilder. I remember I first saw him around age 23 (we are both same age) he was already stacked at around 240-250# 6 foot ish. By the time we were 30 he was off season 275 with visible abs. Contest weight for him was 240s. Well, he was crazy for doing all he did as he at least got to nations, but didn’t go anywhere higher. He most likely got pretty far drug free for a bit as he was just that gifted. He is about 220 now and has had multiple joint replacements, hell he had some of them before age 40.

But anyway the first time I met him I maybe hit my first 315 deadlift. He was repping 500 for warmups.

he was on creatine

Patrick, as your leaning out are you going to do wide grip benching? I would suggest to try this with as wide a grip as possible, like if you find an old school bench with narrow uprights, then grip the ends of the bar. Do this using the partial reps for quick TUT on top sets. Yeah you can play with slower reps with warm ups if you want.

That should put good thickness on you. But also make sure your getting your muscles filled with glycogen type foods when needed, so you don’t get flat. You still gotta cut of course.

I would even say try neck presses too eg Vince Gironda style.

I haven’t seen anything to say that. Did you post a pic where you actually looked in shape?

Yes, up far top. Have a sneak peek and don’t save the image to your hardrive!
