Curious of Other’s Experiences - Training With Maximal Weights

Hey everyone, I’m looking for a new traning program to mix things up, and I just re-read Poliquin’s training w/maximal weights program. Anyone here tried it? I’ll probably give it a whirl, I’m just curious to other’s experiences with it. - PJ

I’ve done something similar. As I did 8 weeks of the 5x5 method and am currently doing Poliquin’s 6x2(4) method. I’ll be switching to Staley’s Convergent Phase Training soon. I’m pleased with my results so far. As I have increased strength and have matched or am coming close to my all time best lifts. Check out my post “Progress Report” for my bodypart split.
