i liked it. you can take up to 4/day. i usually only took 1. i tried 4, and it made me a little “on edge”. One of the main ingredients is Carbolin 19, and I think I heard that they don’t sell it alone anymore (it was a stand alone product as well as part of Alpha Male). hope that doesn’t mean that Alpha Male is going out. But try it. it worked better than DHEA for me. give it 3-4 weeks before you really start to feel it.
