I am curious to hear about how people are managing with SWF. What level of intensity are workouts being performed under the influence of SWF? Every person knows their limitations in the gym. Who here has been able to surpass those limitations aided by SWF?
For example, in the third month of CT’s beast building program, I was physically unable to complete anymore than half of the prescribed workouts without being driven to vomiting. I am the type of person that will drive myself to the edge. I want to push that limit even further. Is SWF the key to pushing my physical limitations?
