For I,BODYBUILDER and Indigo-3G training protocol’s, are those mainly for hypertrophy or strength/overall athletic explosiveness/speed/power? I know hypertrophy/overall athletic strengths will both get enhanced from both training protocol’s but in “reality”, what would be more productive for hypertophy?
Any experts please chime in
Trolls are allowed aswell
Thanks Pimps!
Ughh…thought T-Nation would have more intelligence than bb.com forums…
Can’t chime in on I,BODYBUILDER, but for the Indigo-3G programs there are 3 different templates.
One for Strength
One for Hypertrophy
One for Athletic Performance
Though CT mentions that you will still get all 3 components regardless of which template you follow. He says that the differences between each templates are subtle.

Are they still looking for loggers for Indigo-3G?

Not too sure what you mean. You mean are they still looking for people to use Indigo?
Well I suppose you could say Yes, as they earn $$ for every person who starts Indigo.
Though if you want to be part of the Indigo team, you just need to purchase a bottle and you’ll receive an email shortly which allows you to start a log in the Indigo project log sub-forum:
http://tnation.T-Nation.com/free_online_forum/sports_body_training_performance_bodybuilding_indigo_2?pageNo=1&s=forumsNavTop
Your account will then be authorized for access to CT’s Indigo programs which I’ve mentioned in the posts above.
Though before you decide to start, I suggest you read up on it. Check out the LiveSpill and read up on all the Indigo Resources sections. It looks like this:

I’m kind of confused by your question. Are you asking which of the programs (3 Indigo programs, and I,BBer) is best for hypertrophy? Well, I can’t comment on I,BBer because I never did it, but I would imagine the Hypertrophy Indigo program is best for hypertrophy lol.
Obvious reasons aside (the name of the program is Hypertrophy), it has much more volume than the I,BBer program. It also contains High Frequency Strength work, that myself and many others are having success using.
The only thing I,BBer has that I can tell over the Indigo programs is the specialized training where you focus on a specific muscle group for how ever long you want (2 to 4 weeks IIRC) and everything else is basically maintained.
I would say stick with the Hypertrophy Indigo program, though. CT’s methods have evolved a bit since I,BBer.
Hope that helps!
