CT's Definitions of Strength Levels?

Christian, I see your point when you say
“I don’t like the overhead squat when it comes to building strength and size.”

Do you find it to be beneficial for fighters when they do the OHS for high reps, say 30+ ? Thanks.[/quote]

I wouldn’t do it… I know it’s popular but I personally rarely use it even though I’m a former olympic lifter. As a conditioning exercise maybe, but not as a muscle or strength builder.

Thanks for the reply.

CT: For a mixture of bodybuilder-powerlifter-Olympic lifter kind of a person, what movements would you consider staples from the Olympic combinations you have mentioned for hypertrophy at various muscles groups?

Like 3 or 5 if you could pick.

Thanks again.
