Im just curious, is your coaching available to the average guy like myself? Or now do you really only cater to elite athletes etc? If so do you provide an online-based service?

I do not offer online coaching at this point.
Damn it. Well theres demand there should you ever wish to offer it! Im sure many others would agree. Thanks for the quick response

Probably just about everyone who frequents this forum, would beg to differ! I think most of us us see you as our coach, whether it’s online or not.
I know I feel personally (greatly) indebted to you, and would not be anywhere NEAR to where I’m at today if it was wasn’t for you. To anyone who asks, I always refer to you without hesitation, as ‘my coach’. I’m sure many on your forum feel the same way.
Over many years you have provided amazing information and guidance to us all.
So a big THANK YOU for that!

Yup. I definitely fall under the “average gym rat” category and CT took the time to watch my awful SGHP videos and offer his advice. If that’s not coaching, I don’t know what is!
