CT At Your Service!

TC just posted this below. Let’s get JB on here too. Especially since CT is heading out soon.

TC states:
How about you guys all indicate on this thread that you want JB on Prime Time so I can show Mr. Hoidy-Toidy that it would serve him well to get his butt over here!

Hey i have a question not sure if can answer it but is reference to Berardi creation contines, exercise is called dragon flags i searched everywhere on here for the picture doesnt load describes it in detail but to me is basically a reverse crunch, do know what im talking about

i even searched Beradi’s website for it, and also in the program im doing power cleans and in a visual demonstration shows the guy going to a deadlift position then clean instead i thought you just pulled straight up from the ground, am i doing this wrong, and the clean jerk exercise do you use a WIDER grip i noticed this but will be first time i have tried this exercise, its basically an addition onto the power clean right sorry if this is confusing, tried to get all my questions in, hehe thnx

CT,
I’m planning on doing 5 weeks of OVT/running man, the same that you used in “The Beast Evolves”. My main goal is fat loss. Any tips?

Christian,

I have been taking fish oil for sometime now, but I am still unclear on a few things. First off, what is the difference between fish oil and flaxseed oil as far as effectiveness?

Next, what is an appropriate dose for both? Going along with the dose thing, I have a bottle of fish oil gels and flaxseed oil gels, but what is an appropriate dose in terms of gels? I didn’t think I was an idiot until I looked at the labels and was a little confused about how much was actually in each gel. If it is any help, I have whatever the standard strength is for both products. Thanks a bunch
Fish oil is better than flax oil to improve insulin sensitivity. I feel that using 3g, 3-4 times per day is enough for most.

I’m at 155 pounds with 8% BF, very long legs. Too skinny for a sprinter,
Sprinters are not always big and muscular. It’s also about neurological performance, no only absolute stength and big muscle. when doing the wingate how fast did you atain your max wattage? that is a sign on how explosive you are (on a bicycle, at least). Are you a cyclist?

Never mind, I’m not doing OVT.

CT how do you train your clients with wrist injury ?

Hi Coach Thibaudeau,
I tried posting my question in your latest thread “Have no Fear, CT is here” in the Strength Sports Section, but I guess you didn’t reply because the topic didn’t fit the forum. I figured I could try again in the Building a Better Body forum and hopefully you will help me out. I would be really grateful for an answer or an aknowledgement of my question. Thanks!

First I just wanted to say thank you for writing such a great program:
Keep your Chin Up
http://www.t-nation.com/...pic.do?id=46027

I have followed your program as outlined including grip work for 4 weeks. When I tested my max on Monday, I found that my chin up reps went from 4 to 8. My question is that now that I have finished the four weeks, what do you recommend as a routine to continue to increase my number of Chin Ups? I can perform one set of 8, and then my reps start falling to 6,5,5,etc…

My goal is to perform multiple sets of 10-15 repetitions.

The only problem with continuing with the Keep your Chin Up program is that I can only go to the gym on Monday-Wednesday-Friday, not allowing for the three days of rest between workouts. Do you have any suggestions to modify the program in order to make it fit into the three-day per week schedule? Or any other suggestions? Thank you sincerely for your help and advice.

CT,
Which strength program do you currently suggest for cutting with moderate carbs (~100 on training days, or rotation)? I know you have sugested OVT before, but you also did others in your Mutation Series. Thanks.

My head is spinning is if im in a gym full of hyperlordotic lap dancers in thongs doing slow tempo squats… (sorry loss of blood to the head there)

In short i need some direction buddy. The aim is fat loss, im 6’1. 217lbs, approx 18% BF and trying to get lean (i work as a male stripper so it helps being Christian Thibaudeau like (apart from the bald head!)

After starting a diet diary i noticed i was on approx 1700calories a day, i freaked then upped to 2500 then 3000 following the t-dawg principles.

At the moment im just about to finish the waterbury method which is undoubtably awesome, but i still need to loose this fat. Now iv stocked up Alpha Male, Carbolin 19, HOT-ROX and use Surge during my workouts and opt for a meal directly after my workouts. I also take 5 grams of micronized creatine everyday, im looking for some quality fish oil caps but in the uk fish oil caps are rare, getting omega 3,6,9 blend is easy but the source is mainly nuts/seeds does this make a difference? Iv been recommended a liver function support supp’ but we dont get natures way over here so will simple milk thistle do?

Im considering a gh, t3, clen, winny primo stack as iv some experience there but nothing this large or expensive so im researching lots on dosage etc.

Im considering a detox as i think there may be some probs with my absorption but im not sure if a detox is the answer, im also thinking about trying the velocity diet but as im sure you can see my head is coming out of my ass so the more i read and learn the less i know which is confusing!!!

So i guess i need something to direct me down the path of a model waistline not the before pics of the mutation series (much love CT).

Im hoping you can help buddy but in the meantime ill get back to my thoughts of that spandex gym heaven…
