So of course i start feeling better and do something stupid. I decided to try to test last night to see where i am at so i just loaded uo the bar and did 135 x 3 for press and 225 x 10 for squat. I felt fine during but now i have a weird feeling in my gut . Hopefully nothing severe.
So getting checked out tomorrow just in case but i can still do other things like diet for now. At 209 currently and have been dieting for 3 or 4 days now. Not too much damage done but hoping to get to 190 and then we will see from there.
Counting last time helped so ill say i started monday.

Just 2.5 lb away from where i was 6 months ago ( although i think a little less muscle) and 13.5 from my goal with around 7 weeks left. So going good so far. Hopefully working out helps too and hopefully 190 is a good weight to start building back up. Might need to go lower all the way to 180 which would push me back another 10 weeks or so.
How is everything feeling at the moment?
