Well im back from the dead now. Thanks for checking in. A lot of stuff has been happening over the past few months and it led to me going to a really bad place mentally but after some med adjustments last week iām doing much better now. Still not great but waaaay better than i was. I am going to try getting back to lifting soon if i can fit it in the schedule. Already dieting and back down to 208 so not too much damage done from 201 there.
