Havent been keeping track but have been low on calories with eating the same lean meats and whatnot.
Worked out today and it went terribly. Thought 85 percent on 531 would be ok but i guess not.

Come to the conclusion that im going to always be strapped for time and there is never going to be a good point to start back any of this stuff. Mental health is in the gutter lately and i really just want to find some form of consistency with eating and working out that is maintainable.
Just screwing aroung now with weights, but im sick today so likely will be a few days till i get back at it. Dont know if im going to try to follow a program or just kind of do my own thing for a bit.
