I consider myself an easy-hard gainer, yeah wierd term but look it up on the forums and you will see. I had managed to have faster gains in muscle and fat (which I needed) then at any other point in my life and managed to get my weight upto about 79Kg/174lb from 68Kg/149lb in the space of about 9 months.
I was very very happy with this, but after 6 weeks of living alone (my room mate moved out) I found that I wasnt putting as much effort into eating well or hitting the gym and dropped all the way down to 72kg in those 6 weeks, most of which was fat, but now I am back at around 6-9% BF I NEED IT BACK!!! Does anyone have any ideas as to replenish lost mass quickly?
I have returned to normal eating and have a new gym buddy and am back on track after finding out how much I have lost.
