This comes down to diet. Either your diet wasn’t on point, or you had more fat than you thought, or both.
It looks like you’re eating about 12.3 - 13.3 calories per pound of bodyweight, which for me would be a moderate caloric deficit. I don’t think you would lose muscle on this amount of calories provided that you’re training intensely enough.
That’s what I’m saying, my diet was bumpy untill three+ weeks ago…
Now that I’m in the right and steady diet, i ended the cycle…
I wanna push the diet even further about a month or so, till i get approximately the results i want (sure it wont be that good as on gear), but my most worry is to lose muscle…
So if the diet sticks with the gains i got without losing any lean mass because of the caloric deficite and the minimum test content…
You can get a 6-pack without being on gear. You can get absolutely diced without being on gear. Although it helps, don’t use it as a crutch or an excuse. Your current advantage is that you’re still on 120mg/week of test, so when you get really lean your test levels won’t drop like can happen to some natty folk.
Keep training hard and eating to your goal and you shouldn’t lose muscle.
I don’t know how folks can cycle and diet at the same time? I am always hungry when blasting. I can see why you kept wanting to cheat and now that you are down to your TRT level you can control your appetite.
I believe the trick to losing weight and holding on to as much muscle as you can is to keep the intensity up at the gym. It took a certain amount of weight to be moved to make those muscles if you reduce that weight your muscles will get smaller.

It’s been 3 months now that im on TRT - 120mg Test Cyptionate per week…
I was thinking about an Deca Test cycle in August… I’m interested if i can bump up Test and how mutch for how long…? I would bump it a bit till august and then do the deca cycle…
Does someone have some insights if this would be okay or not… And at what dosage? I was thinking 200/week maybe more?
