Thanks man. I’m about 5’11", 34 years old with probably the worst genetics God has ever gave. Both my parents and both bothers are severly obese. Yet when I greaduated high school I was 155 lbs. I started training in college, but it was just “bodybuilding”/ Muscle & Fitness-type stuff. Then after college I just did basketball specific training and played ball 4-6 days a week. When I was 26 or 27, I met an Albanian Olympic weightlifter and that changed my life. I trained with him for about a year and starting competing in local OL meets. Then I switched to PL for a couple of years. Finally a few years ago I met Dane Kelley, an very high level amateur strongman, have been competing in strongman ever since.
Currently I like to do all three forms of strength sports. I’m not good enough to truly excel in one, so I like to just have good all around strength.
Right now I want to be the world strongest golfer!
