I’m going to give this a shot for the next 6 weeks to see what happens. I would like some opinions on my program and would welcome any advice to make it more sound if needed. It always freaks me out to use a limited # of exercises while training. I guess I feel like I’m missing something if I don’t hit all my tried and true exercises during the week. Anyway, here it is.
Monday
A)squats 5x5
followed by two 15 min. pr pairings
B)lunges
leg curls
and
C)RDL
calf raises
Wednesday
A)bench press 5x5
B)Dips
hammer grip military
and
C)pushpress
DB decline bench
Thursday
A) deadlifts 5x5
B)underhand pulldowns
DB rows
and
C)close grip bench
ez bar curls
