Looks pretty good. You fall forward a bit on the way up, would suggest working on sitting back more, maybe wearing the bar lower.
Im doing high bar on purpose.I feel better this way.Need to focus on my core on the way up.Any more comments?
You’re getting pretty bent over out of the hole even with what appears to be a light weight. Front squats would be my main suggestion as well as getting a good belt if you don’t already have one.
yeah try low bar that helped me with a similar issue
Looks like you could use low and middle back work to help you stay more upright. I used to have a very similar problem. Good depth though.
Front squats with 2 to 5 second pause in the hole are good, so are heavier conventional dead lifts. Both helped me a whole bunch.
