As you put on more muscle your metabolism will increase for sure. You really should be posting this all in the beginners forum, you’d likely get a lot more help. 3500 sounds fine, if you’re gaining keep going, if not add more.

this. and if you do it properly with your 10RM, you’re not going to want to do much else after you finish your 20-rep set! scheduling in another 2 to 3 exercises afterwards is not gonna happen.

pick a good program, stick with it, eat loads, grow…
