What’s up guys, new to the boards. Just thought I’d get some critique/comments for my arms and delts. I’m 6’ 220 around 11-12% bodyfat with 4 years of training. Thank you!
Good job on building pretty big arms, now you may want to build up some modesty (you don’t have “huge arms”).

what are you looking to get out of this thread? internet high fives? hard to critique without knowing your goals. generally speaking, you look like a fairly big guy who has spent some quality time in the gym. biceps/delts/triceps look balanced enough.

rear delts and and front delts can come up more, you could build more overall thickness in your triceps.
