I would run the caber the whole time you’re using 19-nors, not just if you feel you need it. In my experience it does a way better job at preventing your prolactin getting high than bringing it back down once it gets high, if you see what I mean.
I seem to be way more sensitive to prolactin than most, so you might not need to do it like that, but prolactin sides sure aren’t fun!
