A lot of these are more misdemeanours. Yogurt may or may not be a crime against nutrition. Depends if you mix it with poutine gravy.

I could do it. Roux, only about half the amount of stock, let chill, then whip into the yogurt with some little beef bits- fridge for about 18 hrs. ![]()
May make Kosher heads explode, but probably pretty good.
Add in some mushrooms and pasta and you’ve got stroganoff.

I just had a criminal idea. Stroganoff ice cream. Beef stock/sour cream base, candied mushrooms, chocolate beef slivers, nutmeg and black pepper dusting.
I’m just uncaffinated, not high, I promise.
Honestly, for some reason, this weekend as been full of me hearing about savory ice creams like this. First “veal stock ice cream” was mentioned on the bear. Then, Commanders Palace (which is a historical restaurant in Nola) posted this:
Thats funny- when I was making a beef & barley stew last week I couldn’t put my finger on what was missing. Then “a-ha!” It was bay leaves.
