Creating cycles for the olympic lifts

It’s too bad that there’s no basic guidlines program for olympic lifting like Westside is for powerlifting. Anyhow, I’m planning on working the power clean and behind-the-neck push press into my offseason football program. My question is, how would one go about cycling intensity for these lifts over a period of several weeks.

IE.
week 1: 70%
week 2: 80%
week 3: max
etc.
