Hi guys. I am going to get creatine, but with so many of them out there, I can’t decide which to take. My choices are ribose-C, creavescent, straight CM, celltech and phospagen HP. Which one of them works the best for you guys, assuming cost is not a concern?
I’ve mentioned this before in a previous post how Riboforce HP is my favorite creatine. If you’re looking to buy just straight creatin without the carbs or ribose, the best one out there is made by prolab. they use creapure creatin which is exported from germany. It is shown to be the most pure creatin available without any impurities.
I recommend creatine edge by fsi. I had nver tried creatine befor until I did edge, and I thought it worked pretty good. I only did one box (18) only on days I worked out. I gained 5 pounds of muscle.
Creatine is creatine. Don’t be mislead by fancy labeling.
Scitech also uses the creapure from germany. they sell it plain or with the carbs.
Sorry thats Scitec Not Scitech
I am with reeshdawg on this one, Riboforce is the way to go! Its a bit expensive but can you expect to buy a Porsche or a Lamborghini for a cheap price? Nope.
Ribose-C from Biotest is baisically the same thing but in liquid form, i have never tried it but i will be after i get through the Riboforce.
I do agree that creatine is creatine to a certain degree. I would buy from a reputable company. EAS is good but so expensive, GNC Brand has a decent priced creatine. I personally like any good brand that has the micronized kind. About Cell-Tech, I wouldn’t really believe the hype. I liked it for awhile but then it start disagreeing with my stomach, something in it made it so sweet and I just like i needed to puke after drinking it.
