WHat is wrong with the first paragragh i didhnt use the word creatine sorry want me to help.
That whole mixing CREATINE with lots of carbs is jsut a way to sell those expensive powders.That CREATINE stuff tastes like crap anyway. you also dont need to take five grams a day OF CREATINE which is also bs. Just scoop it in your mouth and swallow it what is wrong with having a gritty taste it has no flavor.
ANd sorry about the second paragraph my girlfriend was bitching about getting off the computer and i was not paying attention. I meant to say to the people that can’t swallow creatine with just water. THat if they think that is the worst thing that is going to happen then stop lifting whats the big deal.

Nah I’m not drunk. I got work at 6. SOrry i type just wrong i have always done that for some reason. Maybe you guys on T-Nation will help me learn how to type and get big… this truely is the best site on earth. thanks. lol

I can personally attest to this being a terrible idea. Although I did it with Anchor Steam instead of bud light it was absolutely vile. Beer is not supposed to be gritty (well, except Gritty’s). Anyway, I usually just mix my creatine with my post workout Surge and it’s great.
I just ordered some Biotest creatine. And was wondering if during the loading stage would it be fine if I were to take it in the morning with my tea, then take it three times with water, and for the last one take it with my pwo shake? Thanks.

I have read in few different threads on this site that the loading phase is unnecessary. Just use the 5g/day and then lower it to 3g/day and you should do fine. I believe that David Barr has an article to this effect.
