i was scooping out my Biotest Creatine, putting it aside for later, and i had a small amount left in the bottom. Since i didn’t want to open a new can, i threw it into my coffee.
Question: Does Hot Water destroy Creatine in general?

In general, no.
But specifically, yes.
It takes a looooooooooooooong time for hot water to degrade creatine.
And when 1% of that time passes, you coffee will be cold as hell.
One of the early research studies on Creatine monohydrate had the subjects take it mixed in warm tea, and they responded positively as you’d expect to it.
If possible, I’d let the coffee cool slightly and avoid mixing it in boiling hot water, but even this might not make an effective difference.
