OK, so I’ve been taking between 5 and 10 grams of creatine per day for the last 6 months now. I had read in one of the articles here that if you take it at low doses like that you don’t really need to cycle it. Now since late June or so I’ve been drinking tons of water. I usually drank about 90 oz. per day anyway, but the water cooler where I work is right by my office and I always get tempted by those things.
I figure I play basketball a few times a week so I could use the extra water anyway…but I’m actually drinking about 200 oz. of water per day. Also over this period I have had an awful time with loose stool. Not diarrhea, just loose stool.
I’m not losing weight, I don’t have a fever, I’m not lethargic or becoming weaker. The only thing wrong is the loose stool. Last week I had 3 straight days off from work, and I happened to drink a lot less water on those 3 days, and I noticed that things kind of went back to normal…then this week started, I started chugging water again…and right back to loose stool.
Is this a coincidence, or could it be I’m drinking too much water, in conjunction with the creatine, and that’s causing the problem?
i read it and found out i was getting rid of too many undigested fats. i cut back on my fish oil intake and so far i’m firing off normal dookies on a daily basis! its outstanding!
