There is about 100 different creatine supplements out there. Do you think that every time a new supplement manufacturer introduces a new creatine supplement, they open up a new creatine factory? Nearly every supplement (marketing) company sources their raw materials through the same manufacturers, most of which you’ve never heard of.
There’s a company out of Germany that sells a micronized creatine mono with the trade name Creapure. It’s used by a bunch of different supplement companies including ON. Find it, buy it, use it. Easy peasy.

Pleas go read a textbook. Youre a bit too old to be asking these inane questions.
You dont seem to “get it”. You are on Biotest’s forum. And multiple people have said that Biotest makes a good product. What else do you expect to hear?
Best creatine monohydrate =
Biotest Ultra-Pure Micronized Creatine. (see link below)
And for those worried about creatine turning into creatinine…
it takes ALOT longer for creatine to turn into creatinine than it is for you to mix it in ANYTHING and drink it right after. Dur.

Obviously Biotest’s Creatine monohydrate is one of the most pure creatines you can find, if not the best.
And read my other posts. I clearly say what is good to take with creatine monohydrate.
Grape juice. Water mixed with BCAAs. Whey protein.
Powder monohydrate is fine. It won’t turn into creatinine unless it sits for HOURS and HOURS mixed with something.
Im sorry, I figured these forums were for product knowledge and for people to share information. I have multiple friends that have asked questions on forums here and have gotten great insight and had all their questions answered in a nice way, weather it be form advice or eating habits. i didnt realize everyone on here knew everything and that everyone had a bias opinion that Biotest is the best company, clearly if i had a textbook about creatine i wouldn’t be asking these questions.
Im not a newbie. far from it, but everyone can learn something no matter how old they are or how experienced. sorry expecting something different from this forum. I didn’t realize this is a Biotest forum. now i see why everyone on this site pushes their products so much now lol. I say this in the most sincere way.
THERE ARE NOT TEXTBOOKS ON CREATINE. Jeez youre dense.
This is the 100,000th thread on creatine in this forum. Youre lazy. Do a search.

I’m just just confused on why you are an asshole, plain and simple, is it your job to regulate wat is asked on these forums, at first my thread started about krealkalyn, CEE and con cret, three creatine supplements that many people have had great results with, then it turned into people telling me just to stick with creatine monohydrate and clearly you or someone els decided to chime in and say go read a text book because im too old to be asking such insane questions,
Jeez im Dense, who the hell are you to tell me what or what i can’t ask, clearly you have too much time on your hand to search through forums to ridicule people that dont have such a vast “knowledge” like you. As you can see, I am new to T-Nation, so what if there are 100,000 threads on creatine. thanks for the help. ill search for a specific thread on my exact question and get back to you
I said ‘inane’ not ‘insane’.
Please dont get back to me.
You THINK im being an asshole because you have no perspective. Imagine you enjoyed reading these forum but every other week some kid came along asking the same exact (dumb) question about different kinds of creatine who has done no actual research on the topic.
OP, after reading the responses that Biotest has a good creatine product, why continue to ask what to take?
It’s creatine monohydrate, people had good experience with it and it’s a good value.
Bonez, really, only every other week for you? Seems like I read the same thread from a different lazy person every other day…
lol like I said im new to this shit. I fgured I would just ask my own question since it was sort of unique. I wasn’t asking what creatine monohydrate is. i clearly know what it is. and like I said b4 I am not a newbie just new to this site. i love the articles and my friends have had great results asking questions in these forums but snapping on me for something that as been accumulating from other people just seemed rude.
Im sure it is annoying but it wasn’t my fault. im sure you guys started out on these forums not knowing much either when it comes to utilizing these forums and website in general. my first intentions were to get reviews for those three supplements. 2. If you dont like a question then why do you put your two sense in?
to nikki i wasn’t asking what else to take. clearly everyone on this thread thought monhydrate was the best by Biotest. people who post articles about why CEE is a scam actually helped but everyone elses ridicule doesn’t. my bad for posting my question in the first place. shit. some ppl on this thread actaully helped. thanks to those.
Now you’re starting to sound like my 6 year old niece. I understand there’s not a product info page for creatine here, but if you say you’re not a newbie, then you should know it’s basically a norm to know about creatine. Even my sister knows about creatine.
Where have you been the last 20 years?

what is a norm to know about creatine?? am i the only one that doesnt know that all other creatine products are bs?? I know about creatine believe me. have I tried the 3 products in my OP. no. that is the original reason for this post. not for people to explain creatine monohydrate to me.
People just wanted to help you avoid being sucked in by corporate advertising of “This creatine is 60 times better than monohydrate.” And yes, I do think that you’re the only one that doesn’t know that other creatine products are bullshit. It’s called competition… there can’t be just one brand of creatine. So companies are ‘competing’ for your money… get it?
Be a smart consumer and look up things for yourself… that doesn’t mean post the same question as a hundred others so that people can just give you an answer.
And if you really know what creatine monohydrate is, WHY ask about whatever products you did in your first post?

You asked which creatine product is the best, though.
We all told you. Creatine Monohydrate. And obviously, we would recommend Biotest’s product. Biotest puts out really high quality stuff. And I also provided information on why all other forms of creatine that are claimed to be better than monohydrate are scams/bullshit.
We didn’t understand what else you wanted.
And along with all the people claiming they feel dehydrated because they took creatine monohydrate… you can understand why Bonez would be annoyed. This is a beaten record playing over and over and over again.

There IS a product info page on Creatine, here. I have posted links to it multiple times in this thread.

There is an article page, but it doesn’t really contain an article…I think that that is what was meant. When I started thinking about taking creatine, I ran into the same problem with lack of information…and was disappointed that Biotest didn’t have an article…but I remedied that…I used the search function…mainly because I’m not lazy…and I didn’t want Bonez to yell at me…lol
Ok. well you guys did your job. you set the new guy in line. ill search for questions b4 asking. ill start buying Biotest products. and i’ll never fall for bs products. it wasn’t laziness. I assure you. thanks for the article on different creatines.
