Quick Ques… Anyone know the shelf life of a canister of creatine?
Does the effects deteriote after opening it? How long after opening a canister should you use it?
Reason I ask, I bought a cannister from GNC in Dec 04, opened it in January and still have it now closing in on July.
Does it even deteriorate or is it just fine?

As long as it’s been stored high-and-dry it should be fine.

It probably has an expiration date on the container somewhere.
