I found an opened bottle of creatine from over a year ago. The container is almost completely full, and the top has been kept tightly closed. Do you think it is still good? Is there anyway to tell?
It’ll likely be okay (making a lot of assumptions about the environment). My containers of creatine last for well over a year. If you’re not currently using, try your newfound old stuff and see if you put on weight.

It depends on how much of our wonderful damp air has got into the bottle… if the creatine still looks fine, like sand, it should be alright, but keep a look out for larger seasalt like clumps that could be a sign of spoilage.
