Why would do take it in an overnight shake anyway? It’s pretty much agreed that the best time to take it is post workout with a high glycemic recovery drink like Surge.

This way you get an insulin spike that helps shuttle the creatine into your muscle cells along with amino acids for recovery and replenishment.

Post workout after glycogen has been depleted creates a good window when nutrient uptake is optimal.
