Creatine Kinase (CK) Very High?

So I got my blood test results back, And my Creatine Kinase (CK) is extremely high. The reference range is 40-280 U/L and mine is 452. The doctor asked if I workout everyday and I said no, cause I don’t. I asked what it meant, what are symptoms and risks… didn’t get much of an answer at all. What does this mean?

if you haven’t had a heart attack, id suggest you have your thyroid tested

I got my Thyrotropin (Sensitive TSH) tested also - reference range is 0.35 - 5.00 mIU/L,
mine is at 1.31

Albumin - range is 35-50, mine is 46

Had an Echocardiogram done also, didn’t see results but doc said it was fine.

Cholesterol is 3.96 mmol/L
LDL 2.35
HDL 1.26

This test was from last week, after a lengthy cycle… currently on hgh and 100mg test cyp/wk

Don´t worry man. I had the same results and I was freaking out! Was your last training session at least 1 day before the blood test? This elevated level of this enzyme mean you have had great workout session, breaking down too many muscle tissue. If you don’t have heart problems, or heart attack, do not worry, it’s an indicator of hardcore training session!

Nice… thanks… I have been feeling a bit more winded during training but was in week 3 of the Power 25… first time trying some Olympic lifts.

I have neglected any serious cardio for awhile… was getting worried for a min
