Creatine Intake

Load or don’t load. It makes no difference in the long run. Once your levels are full, everything above 3g per day will be pissed out. Remember, your creatine intake is not just the powder, you get it in all forms of meat as well so you are always getting more than your powder dose.

Another example of bro science where hitting your head with a hammer once hurts so why not do it 20 times? 250mg of test per week works so lets take 2000mg.

For ongoing use, 3g is the most you need.

I cant believe this thing is still going… Bump!!

no offense but i think i am going to go with 20 years of personal experience and the PHD researcher on this one. If you really don;t think it will make any difference calcualte it out at .3g per kg of lean mass as TIm suggested and try it…teh costs are negligible at this point. As far as teh testosterone example …don;t kid yourself…again 20 plus years of using these type of chemicals and trust me i was stronger and bigger when i ran 1gram plus then i am now that i am on physicain prescribed HRT at 200mg per week. People like to tell themselves that bodybuilding is not primarily a drug induced sport…sorry to burst your bubble but it really is and always will be.
