I was being sarcastic. Extremely sarcastic.
Sorry for the misinterpretation. You should have seen my pupils dilate when I read your post. My elevated serum cortisol cost me 2 grams of muscle protein synthesis. Damn you rainjack!

That’s funny… unfortunately no one I work with gets it.
I’m in high school and this one very odd kid (he insists on eating completely organic even his soda, has a conspiracy theory for everything, and loudly insists that Bush is worse than Hitler every time he hears the word Iraq) saw me taking my creatine and told me that I was slowly killing myself because creatine is a steroid. The general public is ill informed about creatine but whose fault is that? It is ours the people who use and understand creatine but rarely speak up in it’s defense. The only defense against misinformation is the correct information.

I’m currently taking Carbolin 19 and Methoxy-7. I was wondering if it would affect my gains, or mess up my cycle in some other way, if I were to start injecting my creatine. That sounds like it would work really well.
Does anyone know what size needle you should use, or for that matter if you should inject IM, or sub-Q?

Transdermal RJ, that’s the way to go. All that white stuff you see all over the big guys thighs and on their hands, that’s not chalk, it’s creatine! Hardcore, baby!
This is the message I send to this clown: Ulf.Santjer@puma.com
Creatine injecting weightlifter?
Where did you get the notion that creatine is injected?
Where did you get the idea that it’s only used by weightlifters?
It’s a powder. You’re supposed to mix it with water and drink it.
It’s not only used for strength, it’s also used by endurance athletes.
Perhaps you didn’t know this. Why? You’re involved in sports. You should have known.
Perhaps you did know. Why post such a silly message then?
This is SOoo stupid.
I encourage you to send him a similar message.

I went to Puma.com and was met with this ad blurb:
"You don’t have to be the speedy track star or the creatine-injecting weightlifter to be Sooo fast. . . . "
It’s pushing some new line of shoes, but what obviously got me was “creatine-injecting.”
I don’t even know where to start my rant. So I won’t. [/quote]
Check out what the advertisement is for, to boot: A generic running shoe line. If you want to go “fast” in these shoes, you’d better be able to “embrace the everyday exuberance of life,” because you certainly won’t get the satisfaction of actually covering a distance in a short period of time in a high-heeled cush-fest of a shoe like the one they’re selling.
Just so that we are all aware of our limitations: Activities possible for the non-“creatine-injecting weightlifter” include:
*cycling TO CATCH A LATE MOVIE’
*‘grabbing the last candy bar from the box’
*‘diving for the stack of CDs that you’ve smoothly sent crashing to the floor.’
I kid you not.

What about bucally?!
Just stick 10gr under your tongue and within just 45minutes the whole lot will have been absorbed directly into the bloodstream.
Well either that or spewed all over the kitchen floor, I can’t quite remember.
I personally find a nice thick gauge needle works best. The lumps go straight in without clogging the barrel!
