Is it accurate?
I got 2kg of creatine that expires the 22 of juli 2006, with 5g a day, about 9months of 30 days, thats 1350g, and 650g wasted.
star nutrition is the brand.
Mine says: at least usuable untill end then some date in 2008.
Is there a production date on the bottle?
Too much thinking…It will still be good past its expiration date I’m sure so don’t worry about the waste.
But then again I’m the guy who will eat a slice of pizza even after it sat out for 5 days.
