Creatine During Workout?

Just a quick question for those in the know.

Currently:
Pre Training session. I drink a whey protein shake

Post Training Session, I drink a whey protein shake and creatine.

I’ve seen good results using this method but was wondering if there was a way I could improve on things.

What I’m thinking of doing:
I was think of keeping my pre drink the same but taking creatine during my session as well. I was thinking that it may boost my strength and energy levels during my training session.

I will keep my post training session drinks the same.

What you guys think?

What you are doing is fine. A way to improve on it would be to use Surge, a post workout recovery drink, with creatine after your workout. You can read up on in in the T-Nation store.

My PRE workout drink has Creatine and Caffeine, with some sugar. I use that instead of Surge, the sugar spike does not agree with me in the morning.

Of what I read there is no bonus to having Creatine PRE workout, but I figure there must be a reason it’s in mine. shrug

If I had to choose I would have it after. But I try to make things simple. I just throw it in my Surge.
