I know there is an initial loading phase of roughly 10g of creatine per day. Can a healthy person still take 10g per day after the loading phase? I have also seen to take .1g per kg of body weight.

Does more help? Or is there a certain point where your muscles are saturated and more doesnāt matter? Iāve only ever read 5mg a day.
