Hey there,
I take a Psyllium husk/Caprillic Acid/Sunflower Oil/and Bentonite in a solution of Grape Juice & Creatine, first thing in the morning. I then follow with a acidopholus supplement (a pro-biotic,) important to fill the digestive tract after the elimination of harmful bacteria by the Acid/cleansing with the bentonite and husk.
I throw all that stuff in grape juice because, well, swallowing it in water might end me. But since it’s in grape juice, I figured I should throw in the creatine?
I’m not sure if anyone would have an answer to my question, but should any of this stuff interfere with the basic truth that grape juice is good for creatine absorption?
I never took my cleanse with grape juice since they were pills, but I would using my fruit punch flavored Xpand with it in the morning and never had an issue. Still got the benefits of the creatine and the cleanse.
the reason you take grape juice with creatine is for the insulin response.
With an insulin response, creatine is better absorbed by the body.
You should be fine taking the stuff your taking with creatine, all in grape juice.

It makes perfect sense as long as you want to eliminate the creatine along with everything else in your GI tract.
However, if you want to get the benefits of creatine, or any other supplement, take it at a different time of day.
By the way, the vast majority of people don’t need grape juice or anything else with their creatine to get the benefit. If anything, take it with a bit of salt in water. I throw mine in my PWO Surge for conveinence.
