Can anyone suggest a creatine that does not bloat. I know that we are all different and I do like what it has given me, but is there any way to avoid the belly bloat?
I’ve never experienced “belly bloat” with creatine. Creatine is stored in your muscles not in your fat cells or skin so I don’t know why you think it is causing you to hold water there.

For some, many creatine products cause GI distress resulting in a bloated stomach.
The answer for me is to use micronized creatine like Biotest offers. It’s smaller particle size makes it easier to digest.
Gotta make sure it’s completely dissolved before you down it; otherwise it can cause cramps, bloating, and diarrhea.
As mentioned, micronized is the way to go.
If theres anyone in the UK and cant get the Biotest stuff, try AST micronized creatine I dont get bloating on that.
Most people fail to realize that creatine should be dissolved in a warm substance.

It’s not really that it “should” since most people do just fine throwing it in their PWO drink, but it is true that dissolving creatine in a warm, but not overly hot, liquid will help minimize GI distress.
If you are having digestive problems, you can also split up your daily intake into pre- and post-training portions. Your experience may vary, but I notice no difference in training effects.
