Most people only bloat very minimally from creatine. The few people that do bloat might do well with CEE.
It doesn’t seem to cause bloat. Probably its only real benefit over monohydrate. Or if you’re a weight-controlled athlete. Even those who don’t bloat will usually experience some increased hydration/water retention.
This is not a bad thing, but weight will go up slightly. CEE has been shown to yield the same performance benefits with less bloating or water gain.
Get a good brand that is Creapure, and then to make sure thet best thing is get it dissolved well HOT water then slam it down. This keeps any from making it to the Gut un digested/absorbed causing upset and maybe bloat. But with creapure thats really largely a non issue I do use hot liquid just to be sure
